I just moved in a few weeks ago and needed a few maintenance requests done. I put in four separate requests and Jorge came in and completed all of them in the same day. He also showed me some helpful tips specific to this building. It really means a lot knowing the maintenance team has your back when you're still settling into a new place. Highly recommend Jorge, he's fast, thorough, and genuinely helpful!

Hi! I’m a current resident, there’s been a loud, intermittent explosion noise that comes from what seems like the boiler room, ongoing for months now. I’ve emailed to ask what is causing it and if we’re safe / if management is working to fix it. I’ve only received emails about it that were sent to all residents informing us it’s not dangerous but not telling us the cause. I haven’t received replies to my emails. Besides the concerns about safety, it’s so loud that it seems like it could puncture an eardrum if you’re near it when it happens. It also wakes residents up at night. What’s causing the noise? We’re scared.

I have witness Mrs. Haggard and her team at the Greenhouse Apartments being honest, respectful, friendly, responsive, and willing to help assist tenants with their needs. Her team communicate with details by making residents feel comfortable and safe. I have to say the response time from her team always been on point and friendly. I truly enjoy living at the Greenhouse Apartments in the Columbia City neighborhood in Seattle, Washington. While they do fabulous job to engage the tenants with community events.

Worst rental experience I have EVER had. I left with zero damage, they illegally kept my deposit and then later charged me even more in clear violation of state and city laws. They did not provide a receipt or reason for the charges as required by law. They did not present the charges in the timeframe required by law. They then then sent this collections and it has trashed my credit score. I've called and emailed DOZENS of times and can't get anyone to respond. This is in addition to having a horrible time living in the building. The trash would back up the whole building would smell like steaming garbage. The building was not maintained at all. They are completely unresponsive to noise complaints. Spare yourself and live somewhere else. You don't want to go through this trust me.

I have lived at Greenhouse for several years…love it! Our property manager, Keanna is the best! She is welcoming and always takes the time to help. So efficient! A.J., our maintenance guru, takes care of building like his own. Last snowstorm he was out shoveling and salting even on Christmas Day. No slippery sidewalks for us. Great job you two!!!
